Compensation, Total Rewards and Pay Equity

We take a total compensation approach and will review base salary, bonus, long-term incentives and benefits for one or all of your jobs. Using our customizable Job Evaluation System (that is pay equity compliant), we work with you to evaluate jobs, and will design salary structure(s) and incentive/bonus plans to motivate your workforce.
